SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavour to provide a pleasant and zero-hassle shopping experience for you. All our policies and terms of use are crafted to ensure ease of purchase and support. We request you to thoroughly review them and make informed purchases.

At Desi Closet, we understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore, we partner with some of the most reputed Indian and international courier partners to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.

Receiving Order Guidelines:

As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you in perfect condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel box, we request you to record a video from start to end and take images of the same. You can mail all the images and videos, along with the order number at care@desiclosetindia.com, so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the respective shipment agency.

Process: Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is confirmed in stock and your desi jewellery has passed through our final quality checks, we pack it with all our love and care, and securely hand it over to our trusted delivery partners. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Shipping inside India is free of cost above order value Rs. 499/-. We use reliable courier companies like DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc. to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their location, as per your convenience.

Please take note that we shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery to receive the order.

Shipping TAT: 7-10 business days

SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA

All products are shipped via India Post, that is completely insured and reliable. Our Shipping Rates are subsidized and are much lower than what the shipping companies usually charge for international shipments. We always strive to offer our shoppers the lowest shipping charges possible. Please note, that shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight and size. The courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Please note, that if there are any custom duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer's payment made to us.

Shipping TAT:  3-4 weeks from dispatch from India Post.
